This position is a % job and will match the experience of driver. 25-30% of gross income of truck.
The freight will match the drivers experience
Dry van
This position is for a experienced driver because driver will be treated as a O/O given all details (full transparency)
and choices of loads and areas driver will go and how Trk runs.
As long as truck is productive driver can run at chosen schedule and desired areas.
Owner is a driver and understands the life of this position and does all he can to make it good.
